They were not our vets but they treated us with incredible compassion as if we had been with them for years. They arranged a viewing, helped advise the cremation plans, and even took paw prints and fur for us. Their kindness meant so much during an awful time and we were so very grateful for everything they did. I would highly recommend them and their team and will be transferring our other pet to their care. Thank you so very much.
