- XWXiaoqing WuMay 4, 20265.0I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at West End Vets – Tollcross. This is an incredibly efficient, professional, and genuinely kind team. They saved Eddie’s life. Thanks to Ida (Veterinary Surgeon), who was the very first vet Eddie has ever met since he was born. During this lily pollen poisoning incident this time, she acted immediately and handled with great efficiency and professionalism. Aileen (Head Veterinary Nurse) provided care for Eddie. She even asked about his favourite treats, which made me feel incredibly comforted and reassured — it was warm and thoughtful！ I would also like to thank Hrvoje (Veterinary Surgeon), who given a very thorough check before Eddie was discharged. He held Eddie in his arms and spoke to him gently — it was clear how much he genuinely cares about animals, and that meant a lot to me! I am also deeply grateful to Hannah (receptionist) and Elaine (receptionist) for everything they did during Eddie’s hospitalization. They not only ensured his treatment progressed smoothly, but also took such good care of him. Hannah even gave Eddie a small toy to keep him company — after coming home, Eddie carried the toy straight to his bed! These are the team members I had the chance to meet and remember, but I know there were others working behind the scenes who also contributed to Eddie’s treatment and recovery — I am truly grateful to all of you. Overall, this is a highly skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy team. I feel very fortunate to have found them, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs veterinary care.
- HCHolly CrockerSep 24, 20165.0West End Vets on Bread Street were absolutely fantastic when I called them in an emergency situation. My cat had fallen three stories and having had serious issues with our last vet practice I called West End Vets and despite not being registered with them they advised me that if I brought Nemo in they would see her straight away! The staff were lovely and reassuring and luckily my little fur baby was fine, I wasn't hit with an extortionate bill at the end of Nemo's checkup either which was a very welcome surprise. I would reccomend them to anyone and will certainly continuing using them in the future for all three of my pets.
