  We are very worried about our beloved pup with 2 days of D&V and lethargy. Everyone at West End has been lovely. Communications has been clear and advice has been carefully delivered. Thanks to Hannah on reception and Jess the vet or vet nurse.

  I have taken my cat to West End Vets several times over the past 2 years, including for digestive issues, a small patch of hair loss and his rabies vaccination before travelling abroad. Every visit has been a positive experience, and I have always felt that he was in safe hands. The reception team is professional, efficient and incredibly responsive. They always replied to my emails and calls promptly and were happy to answer my questions. When I needed an Export Health Certificate for travelling overseas, although they didn’t provide the service themselves, they took the time to recommend a trusted specialist practice, which made the whole process much less stressful. The vets have been knowledgeable, patient and genuinely compassionate. They handled my cat with great care and always took the time to reassure both him and me during appointments. It was obvious that everyone at the practice truly loves animals and treats them with kindness and respect. I can’t really comment on whether the practice is more or less expensive than others, as I haven’t compared prices. What matters most to me is the quality of care. When your pet is unwell, you’re already worried, and you want a team that takes your concerns as seriously as you do. That is exactly how I felt every time I visited West End Vets. Thank you to everyone at the practice for looking after my cat so well. I would happily recommend West End Vets to anyone looking for professional, caring and trustworthy veterinary care.

  I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at West End Vets – Tollcross. This is an incredibly efficient, professional, and genuinely kind team. They saved Eddie’s life. Thanks to Ida (Veterinary Surgeon), who was the very first vet Eddie has ever met since he was born. During this lily pollen poisoning incident this time, she acted immediately and handled with great efficiency and professionalism. Aileen (Head Veterinary Nurse) provided care for Eddie. She even asked about his favourite treats, which made me feel incredibly comforted and reassured — it was warm and thoughtful！ I would also like to thank Hrvoje (Veterinary Surgeon), who given a very thorough check before Eddie was discharged. He held Eddie in his arms and spoke to him gently — it was clear how much he genuinely cares about animals, and that meant a lot to me! I am also deeply grateful to Hannah (receptionist) and Elaine (receptionist) for everything they did during Eddie’s hospitalization. They not only ensured his treatment progressed smoothly, but also took such good care of him. Hannah even gave Eddie a small toy to keep him company — after coming home, Eddie carried the toy straight to his bed! These are the team members I had the chance to meet and remember, but I know there were others working behind the scenes who also contributed to Eddie’s treatment and recovery — I am truly grateful to all of you. Overall, this is a highly skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy team. I feel very fortunate to have found them, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs veterinary care.
