Pretty poor in my opinion. I had to pay for two appointments when the first diagnosis/advice was wrong. It's all about the upsell. £500 operations just incase reccomended. Trying to sell item that have already been sold on previous visit. That tells me either they didn't check the history. Both times I have visited the hard / scare tactics started before the examination finished. Do the vets get commission on prescriptions and upsells ?. Or is it a KPI you just have to get so many addons. Not a great system when it's a health related industry.
