- CCCai CheadleJul 27, 20265.0All the staff have always been so professional and friendly. In particular Eleanor on the reception desk knows my dog and I by name and she is always so friendly and professional. We visit quite reglualry for Librella injections and my dog always gets oiffered snacks - she absoltuely loves her visits! The nurses and vets have been great and in particular I would like to mention Anna-Maria who handled the euthenasia of our 20 year old cat, Rosie so professionally and she was so gentle and understanding with both Rosie and the four of us. Not easy having 4 emotional adults in the consult room but she showed so much compassion. I would thoroughly recommend Batchelor Davidson & Watson in Hillhouse.
