Really disappointed with the level of customer service. The shop was very quiet but staff were unwilling to help, and cash desk operator was rude. I am a regular customer and this is not the norm. Such a shame

Asked a young female teenage store assistant whether they had a certain frozen dog food
The response was "well, if its not there, we don't have any". Asked her when it would be in, she replied with a sigh and eye roll and said she didn't know. I asked her to find out. She didn't have to go anywhere, but just ask via her headset. Apparently, should have been in today. I asked her when it would be in. Again, another sigh and eye roll and said she didn't know.
Pets At Home, Kilmarnock, you need to do some training on customer service! And, young lady, maybe a customer service role isn't for you.
I have just moved to the area and would spend £80/week on raw food. Apparently, Jollyes will be building stores in Ayrshire this year. Please, Jollyes, hurry up, as I won't be shopping at Pets At Home, Kilmarnock again.
