  Well... i dont like to leave negative reviews but i feel like i need too, i booked in for 10 gota message the day before appointment reminder for 9.30, even though booked for 10 i went down for 9.30 incase they tried to bill me for late arriving, went in to be told it was a mistake so had to wait the half hour, webt in for 10 to then be told my dog cant go in as theres another big dog in there so had to wait untill 10.10 before could take mine in, was told itd be 2 hours i got a phone call 50mins later to say to pick him up as hes getting stressed, even though hes been to others before and no problems, so i go to collect him he comes out still damp, i got billed for treatments he didnt have, they tried to charge me full whack untill i questioned did that included the £15 id already paid when booking the appointment, so if i hadnt been paying attention they would have happily taken that £15 again, honestly the girls are nice enough but i think they want an easy ride just doing the toy dogs when a gsd or bigger dog comes in they arebt experienced enough to handle them at all

  Took my girly here July worst cut I've ever seen, so uneven and bits cut too short, others kept long. Legs left long as the young lady said she wouldn't let her do them??! My old groomer said how good she always was and my new groomer 'Hannah' today said what a good girl she's been and has come back beautiful....well will be once the uneven bits grow out!! I hate complaining and giving negative feedback, because of the poor young girl herself...but come on The Groom Room - £43 for a toy Cross far too expensive for a good cut let alone a terrible one!! Avoid!!
