I am absolutely devastated writing this. I trusted this veterinary practice with my dog’s life, and that trust has been completely shattered. What was dismissed as “just gingivitis” has now been confirmed as a tumour — and because of that misdiagnosis, we’ve lost precious time that my dog may not have.
My dog is now facing a far more serious and uncertain future, and I can’t help but think that things could have been very different if this had been properly identified from the start. Instead of early treatment and hope, we are now dealing with fear, pain, and the possibility that my dog may not survive.
It is heartbreaking to watch your pet suffer and know that it might have been preventable. I relied on the expertise of this clinic, and I feel completely let down. This wasn’t just a minor oversight — this has had life-altering consequences for my dog and my family.
I urge anyone reading this to please take your pet elsewhere if something doesn’t feel right. Get a second opinion. Ask more questions. I only wish I had done that sooner, because now I may not get the chance to make things right for my dog.

Took our 13 Year Siberian husky with mouth issues, was told that he needed 5-9 teeth out and he had gingivitis. It turns out when we took him to get his teeth out, that he actually has a mass at the back of his mouth. The VET did not even check his mouth words of the VET its hard to check in a dogs mouth. Really!! I find this statement absolutely ridiculous. If a Vet cannot check your dogs mouth to get the right diagnosis they shouldn't be a VET. Also they told us that they start with the most common diagnosis first. This Vet should be struck off, consequently now due to the wrong diagnosis we now have to wait for dog to go in for his biopsy and find out what this is... We have waited over a week for this due to incompetent VETS....

Changes in staffing (especially the loss of senior vet Zoe) has left White Lion pretty run of the mill.
