Professional, kind experienced , all the extra needs well and truly managed .
Tom and the lovely ladies that looked after Barney went above and beyond to reassure me, and make it a truly perfect experience from start to finish .
Looking ahead and managing all our issues so I didn’t have to worry about Barneys extra needs , they just went the extra mile and Barney didn’t even look back and came out very happy and pleased with himself , feeling a million dollars !

Today i visited this store for some puppy food advice and spoke to James who was very helpful, his knowledge was second to none and he even helped me with the Pets At Home APP it was all so easy and gave me some nice discount too, what a great store with a brilliant member of staff, thanks James.
