- AAAmySep 24, 20265.0I can never compliment this vet practice enough. My Biggles is in there every 6 months for his medication review and I'm in every month to pick them up. The staff are fabulous, so caring and always willing to answer any questions. I have panic disorder so I'm always a worrier but they're patient, kind and compassionate. I'll always recommend them
- CGC GreatheadSep 23, 20265.0Very helpful and knowledgeable staff
- KXKaz XSep 9, 20261.0Finally got around to leaving a review. We used to be with this vets when it was in Lanchester for many years before it became a high priced chain. We stayed with them for a little while & paid a monthly fee for our cat which included worm and flea treatment (it also included a checkup that you MUST attend before any further treatments from the plan can be given) so we attended a check up appointment to be told that our cat needed a lot of teeth out, she'd need to be under anesthetic and when they did the procedure they may need to break her jaw or not wake up at all from the op - all of this for well over £1000. She's later had her teeth checked over and her teeth are ABSOLUTELY FINE! It's just pure greed on your side!
- FHFiona HaganJun 20, 20265.0Very friendly staff and reasonable prices
- CWClaire WilliamsonJun 6, 20263.0My baby girl had kidney disease, they new deep down my baby wouldn't eat the diet they told us I have to gave her. I tried everything I could possible, I didn't want to starve her. They new she was dying , but still kept as everyone who loves there dogs, would hold onto them as much as possible, sell you tablets they know will not help her. Please don't give people false hopes who loves there dog as much as I loved her. Didn't even get a sorry for your loss.
