My baby girl had kidney disease, they new deep down my baby wouldn't eat the diet they told us I have to gave her. I tried everything I could possible, I didn't want to starve her. They new she was dying , but still kept as everyone who loves there dogs, would hold onto them as much as possible, sell you tablets they know will not help her.
Please don't give people false hopes who loves there dog as much as I loved her.
Didn't even get a sorry for your loss.
