It is very easy to see that they all genuinely care for the animals. Everyone I met was very helpful and the vet took her time to explain everything to me in detail. Lovely friendly welcome and exceptionally clean and tidy. Keep up the good work.

She had already paid over £100 for a blood test at the surgery but 'this one would be more accurate'. I had to intervene on the call and still the staff member carried on pushing for extra tests. Mam has been taking her pets to Castle vets for years but since it was sold to the larger company the staff are more like car sales people than vets.
