On the phone, I could hear very clearly another member of staff being very rude about me whilst on the phone to another of her colleagues when I was trying to reorganize an appointment due to reasons totally outside of my control. They kept the £15 deposit, which they're welcome to. Because they've lost me as a customer forever.
At least be rude to me directly over the phone rather than getting a junior colleague to interpret your aggression (which I could hear quite clearly) into something more palettable.
Terrible customer service. I'll go elsewhere thanks.
