Bitchy staff members. While I was standing at the counter, a member of staff laughed and discussed the Virbac product I'd just purchased with a colleague, saying she'd been told it "doesn't work" and that "only Johnsons works." The conversation felt unprofessional, gossipy and completely unnecessary, especially as they were talking about my purchase while ignoring us. We were taken aback by the interaction and left feeling quite embarrassed. We've recently taken in a rescue dog, which is why we needed flea treatment, and having staff openly laugh and comment on our purchase was uncomfortable and inappropriate.

Very good pet store with a pet village to look at the animals and a groom room and vets on site. Very good selection of items but I think the cat section should be bigger.
