- AAAlana AyresMay 15, 20241.0George has been going to the groom room for 3 years the usual groomer wasn't there today...so my daughter booked George in as a long haired dog paid £53 for the cut and style of your preference we specifically mentioned 3 times that his beard and the feathering on his tail were NOT to be touched...2.5 hours later we picked him up his beard was totally gone as was all the lovely feathering on his tail which he carried curled over his back...he now looks like a different dog to say I wasn't happy is an understatement I challenged the groomers on what they had done to which the manager replied "do you want to bring him back in and we will see if we can fix it" well unless they could wave a magic wand and replace the hair that had been cut off it was a stupid thing to say...I informed them that as a long standing customer George will NEVER be back their service is despicable their prices well over inflated he still had dog poo around the hair on his bottom and I would advise anyone thinking of using this terrible place to think twice....amature and totally unprofessional.
