- CPChris ParsonsSep 21, 20211.0We have been clients of Cedar for almost 20 years. When we had our first dog we couldn't fault them but recently things have changed dramatically. The staff and most of the vets are great but let down by individuals. For example our dog is diabetic and requires daily injections of insulin. We arranged to pick up her repeat prescription at ferndown and got there to find they had forgotten about the syringes/needles also required. It is also getting increasingly difficult to get hold of people at the ferndown clinic, which I no doubt they will put down to Covid. My advice to anyone looking for a vets is to do some proper research before registering, you'll be glad you did if you require a good reliable one.

Having recently moved to the area, it was so lovely that my dog was at ease in the surgery and was attended to in such a way he remained a wagging all the way through our visit, he wasn’t stressed at all, which was a great improvement from our previous vets. A happy dog makes a happy owner, thanks to all the staff involved. Would definitely recommend to others.
