Great experience today. Both members of staff I spoke to were both friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. One offered help when I couldn’t find a product even though he was busy cleaning out small animals. At the till another advised me of free helpful services they offer such as testing of fish tank water which I wasn’t aware of. I wish I got their names because they both were super members of staff.

This is a fantastic shop. Loads of pet supplies and fish idel for wheel chairs to get around and there's plenty of parking and the staff are very friendly.
