Ginny was very kind and gentle with Shadow explained everything very well and reassured us about shadow having a bit of arthritis gave us information what will help and showed us how to massage his joints highly recommend

I unfortunately had to say goodbye to my cat Freddie today, But the staff here are incredible at what they do, Very caring and incredibly knowledgeable, The girls at the front desk are also very nice and talkative, Shout out to Nadine, Ginny and the overnight team for helping us and doing their best to make sure my buddy was comfortable on his trip over the rainbow bridge.
