When I brought home the fish I purchased from Pets at Home (which cost me £160), within three days every single fish had died. They tried to blame me when I had the water tested (I tested it myself and it was perfect). I took a water sample from my tank, and it showed everything was fine. They then tried to gaslight me into thinking it was my fault and refused to give a refund. They also said they would call the police if I didn’t leave. I could also see that the same batch of guppies I bought three days earlier was under treatment, with about 6-7 dead fish in the tank after they tried blaming me.

She was so helpful and you could tell how much she genuinely cared about the animals and was such a genuine help. Hope she does amazing in her new job working with animals and I’m sure she’ll be super valuable to them. Such a star! The other lady at tills was also super kind and helpful (didn’t catch her name but she had brown hair in pony tail). Both super lovely :)
