This is a horrible CVS owned emergency vet who care primarily about money , secondly about your precious pet . I would Love to meet whoever manages this particular practice so they can explain themselves to me because on the 2! Occasions I did receive poor treatment here and DID take the time to complain , they never bothered to reply . I still have those transcripts by the way . So looking forward to the 'contact us' response . It's been over a year and a half and I still feel incredibly let down and upset . I'm only leaving the review now because I don't think I'm The only one who feels this way and if no one's speaks up nothing will change

We were seen by Sven after our dog Bernadette ate something toxic on a walk. He was so incredibly helpful and explained our options really clearl and made us feel like we were in great hands. He suggested we call pet poison advice line rather than going straight to a treatment option and we ended up only needing an oral medication rather than intervention. We would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

Took our dog Moose here Match 2026 as our local vet in Teignmouth don’t have overnight 24hr care. From the moment we walked in, the staff were immediately focused on Moose and did his obs and made a plan for us overnight. Moose was suspected to have rat poison poisoning and received a transfusion and vitamin k. Yes it was super expensive and they ask for a 50% deposit when you sign the consent to treatment but they have an excellent team and all the facilities for his care, so for us, it was 100% worth the money. I called them throughout the night for updates and they were direct and honest with me on the status. I am so grateful for all the care and support on both dog and human side and would absolutely use them again if the worst happens in the future.

Called them early evening on a Saturday due to major concerns about my cat. They were excellent over the phone and saw us within an hour (including me travelling 30 mins). They dealt with my fiesty older cat beautifully and were absolutely amazing with their communication with me during my visit there. Absolutely brilliant x

Emergency visit due to the cat taking a downhill turn with a UTI and plug. Sheena was exceptional, promptly helping Nero to be more comfortable and performing surgery as soon as I left. She called me a few hours later to update me on the procedure, and then again in the morning. Being attentive, she knew he would be more comfortable at home so asked if i would mind caring for him there. 24 hours later, he is one happy boy and i'm a happy owner. Thank you. :)
