- JPJoe PhillipsMar 12, 20241.0DISGUSTING COMPANY. DO NOT USE I regret to say that my experience with Torbridge Vets in Bideford has been extremely disappointing. The service provided by this establishment is shockingly poor. They have demonstrated a series of administrative errors, which I am currently in the process of reporting to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Furthermore, they misdiagnosed my cat, ultimately leading to the heartbreaking decision to put him down. Instead of acknowledging their errors, they have had the audacity to demand payment for their mistakes. To make matters worse, they have resorted to calling me a liar and accusing me of negligence, all because of their own incompetence. It is my sincere belief that this company should cease trading immediately, as their actions pose a serious risk to the well-being of other pets. No animal deserves to be subjected to such mistreatment.
