Dissappointing expereince due to the mixed standard of the staff. The best staff are wonderful, but are dragged down by the number of awful staff. I can't imagine a workplace functioning well with such a range in personalities.
Our expereince this Saturday was initially excellent with a friendly and helpful receptionist. But the visit was completely let down by the blonde female vet that was condescending, rude and unhelpful.
The only consistency with the practice is the high cost, which the expereince only meets occasionally.
In short - avoid in favour of other practices.

I have had to use totnes several times over the years, unfortunately for some sad reasons, but mainly for general problems and always found them very kind and helpful

Not our usual Vet(Seymours) but a necessary emergency visit to see our Cat Liza. Unfortunately a second visit the following day was needed as she was fading fast and you helped us make the hard decision to put her to sleep, it is never an easy decision, but we'd like to thank the Staff for their caring kind nature and professionalism in looking after Liza to the end.

Cant fault Dart Vale Vets have been with them for about 7yrs now
Kevin at Paignton is a good down to earth vet and all the staff especially Kerry are wonderful.
But today I have to take my hat off to Ross Vet at Totnes branch who rang me and gave me a honest down to earth opinion. Now this has saved me £2800 how many Vets are giving this good advice.
They are the top vets thank you so much xx
