- AMAnn MJan 15, 20265.0Dart vale have not only looked after Frankie for nearly 8 of her 18 years; but they also looked after us at our absolute worst moment. This was the worst day of my life. I felt looked after from initial teary phone calls to collecting the ashes. They've always cared and made Frankie feel special, and that's everything to me. I am so very grateful.
- PGPharoahs GalSep 25, 20214.0Had dog euthanised and was told 2 to 3 weeks to get ashes.....waited til week 4 and rang....was told someone tried to contact me on 7th which was week 1......apparently my phone was engaged.....so nobody tried ringing again. Also would have been nice to have either a paw print in ink or clay offered for price paid. Apart from that when I picked up ashes the nurse was very nice so I still recommend the company....just a few things that I have mentioned would have made it a better experience
