My particular vet Katie has been superb in supporting me and my dog Mia who was going through Cushing’s disease. She would call and email to check how Mia was doing which I have never had before. Unfortunately Mia passed but the support, empathy and love from Katie and the team has been second to none. What touched my heart was the card signed from the whole practice for Mia with a forget me not watercolour on the front of the card. Inside were forget me not seeds to plant in memory of Mia. I have been with Dartvale for over 15 years and they have never let me down.
