We arrived in a panic after our dog suffered a severe overheating episode. She could barely breathe, her tongue was turning purple, and, without exaggeration, I genuinely thought we were going to lose her. We were travelling from London and weren’t even local clients, but the team didn’t hesitate for a second. They reacted immediately, doing everything they could to cool her down and stabilise her. They also gave her medication to help calm her, and within an hour our baby was relaxed, drinking water and eventually falling asleep. It was such an enormous relief. What touched us even more was that we weren’t charged for the emergency appointment. That kindness, on top of the exceptional care you provided, means more to us than we can put into words. Thank you to the entire team for saving our girl and for treating her (and us) with such compassion. We will be forever grateful.
