- HPHolly ParrishMay 26, 20265.0I phoned around 5 different vet surgeries for an emergency appointment for my cat with an infected cat bite who has never been to a vet before and was told I would need to register him online before booking an appointment (understandable) I called woodland vets and from the first second on the phone, registration was easy, had an appointment booked within 5 minutes the receptionists couldn’t have been more helpful, I was worried about how he was going to react with the staff (he doesn’t normally like new people) but I was told he was good as gold, I was kept informed every few minutes throughout the whole appointment and was back home within half an hour, thank you all for your help!
