- IHian holmesSep 25, 20265.0We contacted this practice as our 1 year old labrador became ill whilst we were on holiday. From the first telephone call we was seen within 30mis and got the best medical treatment we could have wished for. All the staff were amazing. We cannot thank you enough for you looking after our little girl. Once again thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
- IOIsabelle OSep 21, 20262.0Our cat had an eye infection and needed some eye drops. 9 minutes later, I was presented with a bill for £116, which included a £75 consultation fee. The drops themselves only cost £15. I shall look for another vet…
- LLLily LewisAug 20, 20265.0Very welcoming, caring professional service. From reception to seeing vet practitioners I was listened to and the best treatment was given to my cat. Plenty of onsite parking and calm waiting space. Services on offer were shared but not pushed and prices not out of range. So happy to have found this practice and would highly recommend them.
- SPShannon PearceAug 8, 20265.0Been meaning to leave a review for some time. Although our cat was not registered at White Lodge she was taken here after being hit by a car and sadly killed. White Lodge were so kind and sympathetic, we really appreciated the service they gave us and it was just reassuring to think she was in a safe place whilst we waited for her cremation which turned out to be faster than we were told. I just wanted to say ‘Thank you’ for taking care of an our much loved little Isa. We absolutely miss her :( but glad she went here :)
- CSChristine SurmanAug 7, 20265.0A big thank you to the staff at White Lodge Vets and a special THANK YOU to Caroline who treated our beautiful BLIND black Labrador Bonnie, she was so kind to her and had to get down on the floor many times to get her eyes tested. Unfortunately we lost our baby dog last week at 13 years old. Thank you for your kindness.
