- HGHeather GriffinJun 25, 20261.0I went to pick up 3 x 1gm fortiflora nutritional supplement sachets for my parents dog (who had a reaction to the previous day’s appointment) I now know they retail at £23 for a box of 30. I was charged £18 for 3. THATS A MARK UP OF 600% I queried £6 per sachet at the time and the woman behind the reception said it was correct - I admit they suggested I look at Amazon but I was upset and panicked that the dog was sick and I’d said I couldn’t get a signal to look for them. How can you sleep at night !!! My parents are on state pensions and their dog is everything to them. Shame on you for ripping people off so badly!!

We were seen the same day by an excellent vet who diagnosed what was wrong with our dog and gave us the medication we needed going forward. Nothing was too much trouble for her when dealing with our somewhat reluctant Akita!! The reception staff were really friendly too. All in all an overwhelmingly 5 star experience.
