Vet Kirsty was absolutely outstanding in caring for our cat, extremely kind and set out the options, prices etc clearly. I would especially like to thank Jo on reception who was so lovely and made a very difficult time for us easier.

- SMSpazzy McGeeSep 1, 20261.0I had to pick up some drugs for my dog's allergies, the last time she needed them was 12 months ago, via our independent vet in Hampshire and they were Ā£58. The EXACT same drugs torrige vets wanted Ā£168!!!!!!!!! I asked them frlor prescription only- Ā£27 and bought the drugs on line for Ā£60, making a total of Ā£87. Torridge Vets added on Ā£81 (even more as they would have purchased the drugs wholesale) so Ā£81 CLEAR PROFIT, so we have changed vets obviously to an independent in Barnstaple where a prescription is Ā£18. I understand everything is a business, but if a vet practice are prepared to bang on over Ā£80 just to dispense drugs they do not have any animals welfare at heart, only profit.
- HGHeather GriffinJun 25, 20261.0I went to pick up 3 x 1gm fortiflora nutritional supplement sachets for my parents dog (who had a reaction to the previous dayās appointment) I now know they retail at Ā£23 for a box of 30. I was charged Ā£18 for 3. THATS A MARK UP OF 600% I queried Ā£6 per sachet at the time and the woman behind the reception said it was correct - I admit they suggested I look at Amazon but I was upset and panicked that the dog was sick and Iād said I couldnāt get a signal to look for them. How can you sleep at night !!! My parents are on state pensions and their dog is everything to them. Shame on you for ripping people off so badly!!
