- PHPaul HowardAug 11, 20265.0My poor Daschund had a rear legs problem and after speaking with Jo and Harriet at the Pilton Charter they quickly got me in to see John at the Roundswell surgery. It was quickly diagnosed as IVD.He got us into Cave Vetenay Hospital at Wellington. After seeing my dog he contacted me 3 times during the evening updating me and checking in on my dog. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was excellent. After a 2 hour operation and 2 nights in hospital we now start the long road to recovery. I would like to thank all at Charter vets but especially..Jo, Harriet, Ed Ericka and John..thank you.
