- KWKirsty White5 days ago1.0Disgusting Vacant Rude Curt No empathy No compassion I would never take any animal there ever again let alone a human. The whole experience from the reception staff to the vets was awful. My dog of nearly 9 years was put to sleep as i was given no other choice. They should not be allowed to practice. No care towards my dog or support to myself. All they were concerned about was how much money they could get telling me the best thing was to put him to sleep.

The vets and staff are extremely competent and compassionate and never hesitate to take the time to treat the animal (and the owner!). I hold the practice in the highest regard and highly recommend them.

Emma explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had without rushing me out the door, and was lovely to Fidus, ensuring he was comfortable. I’ve left feeling happy, and informed. I can’t thank Emma enough. I will now be moving all 4 of our cats to this Vets.
