  Never again. Customer service appalling. Product Knowledge appalling. Communication appalling. Would not recommend. My pet has met them before and protested hugely about going in this time, I should have walked away then. Instead I have ended up extremely angered. My dog had had bath brush and nail trim after I spoke to someone on the phone last week to ask about their deshedding and being told if I wanted that to choose the full groom option and they would use the furminator tool instead of brush. I booked in today and said this two staff were in disagreement about it one said I should be charged extra on top of full groom price the other said not. They rang the bill up and were going to charge me the extra and I said well she’s just said not to so I will pay the full groom price. Also asked me if I wanted her trimmed I said in no uncertain terms no. They told me they would call me in about 1.5hrs. 45 minutes later they call and tell me she’s ready. No she has not been de shedded yes she has had her hair on legs cut yes I did swear. Now booked in somewhere else to get de shedded tomorrow which is all I asked for in the first place.
