We've been through a lot with them over the years, but the service has always been exemplary and feels very personal. And if it wasn't for the skill and care of Sorcha and her team this week, our youngest pup would not have had a chance of making it to Lancaster for the specialist treatment she needs. Cannot thank them enough!
