- CLChelsea LloydAug 20, 20261.0So disappointed in this practice, which is very sad because I have been taking my dog there for years. Spoke to a lady at the practice on the phone last year asking if my pet is exempt from the vaccines due to him having a seizure after it. They confirmed to me that he is actually immune for having 5 years worth anyway and that they will stop the vaccine reminders. I asked repeatedly if this will affect his insurance, she said no it won’t and that they will put it on his notes. 9 months later, when asking for exemption letter for new insurance company, they have no recollection of this conversation. They completely deny the conversation even happening which is mind boggling because they have stopped sending me vaccine reminders, yet can’t trace the call? When complaining, I received a letter basically saying the conversation didn’t happen, they wouldn’t advise this yet cannot explain why they stopped sending me vaccine reminders. Time to change vets, hopefully to one that takes accountability and won’t go back on their word. Also one that keeps my pet’s notes up to date. This probably explains why when he was last seen, the vet asked if she could give him a treat.. I had to say no because he has liver problems to which she said ‘oh yes’. Complete lack of trust with this vets now, what a shame.

- LLLukeMar 10, 20261.0This practice gave us mixed information and radically overcharged us at every step. They care about money over than the animals and take advantage. Avoid this vets at all costs. They will rob you blind and provide unclear information at point of service. In my opinion practices like this should be shut down and prosecuted.
