So expensive it’s unbelievable. I have taken my pets to Rosemullion Falmouth/penryn for over twenty years. When the loveliest most experienced vet retired, we left. Care has taken a turn which prioritises money over care of people & their pets. It’s very disappointing, eg: consultation fees for every flea dispense, not simply yearly check as used to be standard in the past. Conversation at the front desk in Falmouth for anyone needing sensitivity, privacy is not prioritised & ridicule for anyone needing to split payments are refused. I’ve overheard anger from senior staff and breaches of confidentiality regularly. I tried once to host a community donation fund to support anyone locally struggling to pay fees & it was declined by head practitioner. I’ve held senior healthcare jobs & still couldn’t afford vet fees. In the end, I now take my pets elsewhere. It’s a shame, they used to be great, since they expanded I cannot recommend them at all, not unless you are desperate without any other option for your animal.

Popped in yesterday whilst on holiday as the pup had a tick right on her eye lid and we were comfortable removing it ourselves (she wriggles. A LOT!). These guys had us seen and back to our fun again within 30 minutes, no appointment beforehand.
I forget the name of the lady that seen us but she was lovely, I'm sure the rest of the team are just as great as well!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS VETS, they like to put healthy strays down after injuring them themselves so they have a good reason to put the animal down, this place should be avoided like the plague and please don't take any stray animals here.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rosemullion Vet Hospital. During a really difficult time for us, they have been nothing short of incredible — a true source of comfort, support, and unwavering kindness. From the moment you walk through the door, you are met with warmth, compassion, and a genuine sense that they truly care.
My dog Presley was referred there to see the eye specialist, Jen, and that experience alone exceeded every expectation. Every single member of the team is kind, caring, sympathetic, and always welcoming. You can feel that the animals are their number one priority, and they go above and beyond to make sure your furry family member is safe, comfortable, and receiving the best possible care.
Jen is extraordinarily talented at what she does. She was both a breath of fresh air and a huge sense of relief all at once. From the very first appointment, I knew Presley was in the best hands, and I trusted her completely and wholeheartedly. That level of confidence and reassurance is priceless when you're worried about your pet.
Jen consistently went above and beyond for my dog and I'll forever be grateful and never forget her hard work, dedication, commitment and care. The most incredible woman ever.
Rosemullion Vet Hospital truly stands out to me as the best veterinary practice we've ever dealt with in Presleys 16 years. Their urgency, dedication, compassion, and expertise are unmatched. I am so incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done for us, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

My cat was referred here for a non-healing corneal ulcer after I changed vets because her usual vet was giving inappropriate treatment for 8-9 weeks and her eye was getting worse, not better. I was prepared for an operation and her possibly having to lose her eye. Thankfully, the new vet referred me to Jen Hicks, the ophthalmologist, at Rosemullion. This woman is amazing! Her knowledge and expertise is exceptional. Her initial examination of my cat was so thorough in every way and she explained everything to me in detail. She clearly cares about the animals she sees and worked out a plan that was in the best interest of my cat who has CKD whilst checking that the regime was possible for me to adhere to as it involved frequent administration of eye drops. After just 3 days, my cat's eye was looking better already and at my follow up appointment 2 weeks later, Jen confirmed the cornea had healed and little to no further treatment was needed. I can't express how relieved and delighted I felt. My cat is 16 years old and I really didn't want to pur her through an operation. If any of my pets suffer eye issues in the future, I'll be going to Rosemullion as my first point of call! I'd also like to thank the particular receptionist I saw on two occasions, I didn't get her name but she has a daughter with the same name as my cat and she was so incredibly kind and helpful x
