Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is very good, but there is a time limit so check the signs as you drive in. I think it's either 2 or 3 hours.

After Evri lost my order of wet puppy food I called the Truro branch and Michael helped me instantly to have a new batch sent out next day delivery with DPD and the food arrived on the Sunday. Really helpful, but please change your courier.
