Absolutely HORRIFIC. Got a hamster from there and died 2 days later, went back and they told me I could get a new hamster due to the other one passing away. As an animal care student I like to make sure animals have a perfect home and life. Went to ask about the hamster and got told my cage size was too small! (It was just under the minimum), keep in mind i would've added sprays, the appropriate bedding and other requirements. Yet they keep their hamsters in tiny boxes probably the size of a a gift bag, don't have the appropriate bedding thickness or type, doesn't have the right wheel as it can hurt their backs, gives them the wrong food (dry, doesn't have another nutrients) and no water bowl! Definitely won't be coming here again, disgusting behaviour.
