They treated my dog who'd stood on a fishing hook at flushing. It was nasty and bank holiday hence needing out of hours. It wasn't cheap. However they were brilliant - the speed of getting her seen and sorted was seamless. The skill and care from Helena Wilkinson was amazing. Thank you 🙂

We had to take our pup here whilst on holiday as an emergency. I cannot thank the team here enough nothing was too much trouble and despite not being registered they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and truly looked after in every way. The reception staff were just amazing, kind, compassionate and went above and beyond to care for me and my son during a very traumatic time. Alex the vet was just so knowledgeable, calm and honest. He also went above and beyond by calling me back and even checking in on our pup on our journey back home. The nurse was cheerful, kind and informative.
I would not hesitate to highly recommend this practice to anyone. The practice is clean, the admin efficient and parking excellent.
Just absolutely the best. If I lived in the area this is where I would want my pets to go.
My pup has subsequently returned home and undergone surgery and is making steady recovery.
Thank you Rosemullion Falmouth for you Platinum care

The main reception staff were fantastic, but trying to get a vet to call you back is near on impossible, after chasing and chasing for a phone call with a vet over the course of 2 days for advice/medication for my poorly lab who was entering palliative care - I had no one call me back, and by the time they did I sadly had to put my girl to rest (by an outside company called the home farewell vets who made the decision reassuring and as peaceful as could possibly be, would 100% recommend them if anyone is ever in this unfortunate position). Not to mention over the course of 13 years with this practice you never see the same vet consistently, I was getting told one thing or the other about what was wrong with my dog and still getting no concrete answers - on top of that getting charged a sickening amount just for a 5/10 minute consultation. Like I said the main reception staff were brilliant I couldn’t fault them one bit, just a shame about the rest. My only regret is not changing practices. Would definitely not recommend.
