I had to make a pit stop w/ my dog just before they closed today as she’d just had a dodgy tummy and needed some Pro KOLIN asap! She proceeded to unload what remained in her bowels all over the sparkling clean aisle just 10 mins before closing. The staff were super polite and helpful about it. Very impressed with everyone on duty. Thank you!

Yesterday 18th May I went to carmarthen pets at home specifically for two male species of fish, I was unsure how to identify the males so I asked one of the staff and so glad I did, she said she was no expert but I trusted her judgement and I did leave doubting her choice, however she was absolutely right, I now have a balanced ratio of fish in my tanks.
Whilst she helped me she informed me about the care and management of the fish and how often she checks the tanks, she was absolutely professional, helpful and polite, thank you very much to that member of staff, with 3 years working there she certainly made my day.
