- JJJoyNov 9, 20255.0Fantastic emergency care whilst on holiday. Every single member of staff we met in person or over the phone was so kind and caring. My dog made a speedy recovery and continued to enjoy his holiday.

- CCChris CampbellDec 1, 20241.0Failure to properly treat my animal causing irreversible damage to my pet. Only cares about money. Avoid. Update If I could give minus stars I would. These people are a piece of work. Vet incompetence and greed lead to losing our dog a couple years ago, the vet was more interested in fleecing an old rich couple than my dog. In March 2026 one of our dogs had a tooth stuck in his lip and we were allowed to have an emergency treatment. At no time were we aggressive or abusive but we made a complaint to the ombudsman. So last night my elder dog got into a fight and took our details then told us to bring the dog to them. 15 minutes they called said we were banned and blocked from the service. Funny when earlier when they checked our details there was nothing on our file when they checked our details. Then they are say 15 minutes later the practice manager said we are now banned with no paperwork or no notice. Which is highly suspicious and definitely retaliation. They do not care about anyone's animals, they only care about the money. Wouldn't mind as much but they are not even decent vets. Went to the vets in Swansea and was much better. Their priority was the animals care and health, not asking for payment as soon as you get through the door. Skip Carmarthen emergency vets and go to Swansea emergency vets. Use independent vets and avoid cvs and other chain vets.
- RPRebecca PriceMay 15, 20245.0Outstanding care from this team they saved my 9 year old Frenchie’s life! Alfie had a massive seizure which was out of the blue and also whilst we were on holiday. The night care and day care team are very experienced staff and were so caring and compassionate throughout this traumatic time. The admin team were super helpful and supportive too. We can’t thank them all enough for the treatment and care given to Alfie. Brilliant veterinary centre.
