For a disabled mobility scooter user, very difficult to navigate around the isles. Very narrow isles,items on corners,I bought one item and left due to the difficulty off being able to access any other isles. Left my son to pay at check out as I couldn't access it on my mobility scooter. It would be accessible in a wheelchair or a smaller scooter but not a big mobility scooter. Nightmare to navigate,to turn or to even find what your looking for. NARROW ISLES.

After the very difficult decision of putting my hamster up for adoption due to personal reasons we rang up ahead in advance TWICE to make sure all was okay. To then still be met by an employee who made us feel like we were in the wrong and almost refused adoption. Coming out of pets at home feeling even worse about the situation because of how we were spoken to by this man.
