Recently went in to get puppy nappy’s for my dog. my boyfriend had went to ask for help to find them and no worker was helpful. my dog had decided to wee on the floor. which i know isn’t very clean or convenient so we had let a worker know. she was young and had red hair with glasses, we had informed her about the issue which she proceeded to take 15 minutes to resolve whilst also throwing the mop at my boyfriend and had said ‘ i’m not cleaned up your dogs wee’ whilst smirking and scoffing rudely. and when we had asked where the nappy’s are she had just walked off not saying a word and when we didn’t follow her as we were confused she then said ‘are you gonna follow me or what’ which personally i do not think is a way to speak to a customer and i am beyond disappointed by the way we were treated. i am hoping next time we visit that we aren’t spoken to the way we were on todays visit.

For a disabled mobility scooter user, very difficult to navigate around the isles. Very narrow isles,items on corners,I bought one item and left due to the difficulty off being able to access any other isles. Left my son to pay at check out as I couldn't access it on my mobility scooter. It would be accessible in a wheelchair or a smaller scooter but not a big mobility scooter. Nightmare to navigate,to turn or to even find what your looking for. NARROW ISLES.
