  Vets themselves are great Jeff & the team 10/10 no problems whatsoever highly recommend. The receptionists however aren’t the best, I’ve been with this practice since my dogs were puppies 10+ years. The service from the receptionists/admin staff unfortunately is getting worse.I spend a lot of money here as my dog has regular medication plus flea & worming treatment. Everytime I phone up to order the medication or come in to pick it up, it’s like they really can’t be bothered serving you, miserable, monotoned, no friendly smiles, you ask a question & they can barely be bothered to answer, like your an inconvenience unfortunately. They gave me not enough medication last time then when I discovered it and rang them to query it then said oh we forgot to say we didn’t have enough. I dread ringing up to order it or pick it up more and more the past year or so. If friendly front of house service is what your looking for probably look elsewhere, if your not to fussy go for it. 100% lets the vets practice down.

  Small practice. Two surgery rooms and small waiting area. However it's not in town and conveniently located within a small shopping parade. You can get other jobs done at the same time. Lovely staff and have been very accommodating with pet urgent issues.
