- JHJessica HOct 8, 20265.0Our little shihtzu was attacked by another dog and needed stitches in his neck. Bond Street were so helpful during his recovery. We were so stressed and emotional after witnessing the attack, but Sarah Parker was so reassuring and kind. The nurses and receptionists are equally lovely - we always feel like Goblin is a celebrity when he arrives, they are so happy to see him! Now he's recovering nicely with his stylish turtle neck to stop scratching. Throughout this whole ordeal, we badly needed someone to make us feel like there was a plan and everything was going to be okay - that's exactly what we got at Bond Street. Thank you from us all!

- LRLaura RadcliffeAug 16, 20261.0My friends puppy broke its shoulder/leg in 3 places these vets were not the best they wanted £7,500 for the surgery and demanded the money there and then even the receptionist were rude and stuck up in the end somewhere in Liverpool who did it for £2,500 on a payment plan RIP off merchants and clearly think it’s acceptable to charge the prices they do with no options of a payment plan!!

Sarah was very friendly and had a lovely welcome. She was thorough, patient and genuinely lovely with my cat. As a first‑time owner I’d been a bit nervous about the first vets trip but she made the whole experience relaxed and reassuring.
