Sarah was very friendly and had a lovely welcome. She was thorough, patient and genuinely lovely with my cat. As a first‑time owner I’d been a bit nervous about the first vets trip but she made the whole experience relaxed and reassuring.

He's doesn't like being handled but she's always does everything she can make him comfortable.
