We went it for a rabbit for our 4 year old. We where told yes we can buy the rabbit, they let us pick out all the stuff cage, food etc our little boy was walking around excited picking out all the stuff for his new rabbit, we get to the details they then spring on us they need permission of the landlord which was a headache but fair enough spent 30 mins of the phone got the permission for them to turn around and say oh you need to buy two as they are sociable animals when they had only one in a cage to sell in the whole shop . When I said it will be socialised with us and always out running around we got told that they recommend getting two and then got told we won’t be getting sold the rabbit! I stated that it’s alone right now in a cage wouldn’t it be better off in a home socialising with people and being able to run around free I got told no, It’s not a recommendation then is it!! If they knew we couldn’t have had the rabbit they should’ve said upfront about us needing two not letting our little boy get all excited then his dream be crushed! Our little boy is absolutely heartbroken and now doesnt want a rabbit after the experience because he doesn’t believe he will actually get one!! I can now understand why people go to small independent pet shops instead of big branches! I’m absolutely fuming at the whole experience, won’t be going back !

Nice place where to find treats and clothes for my dog. Is one of the fewes places where I can find xxs size clothes for him 🫶🏾. Staff really friendly and helpful 😊
