- VSVicki ShentonMay 16, 20265.0I just wanted to say a massive/hugest thank you to Rachelle who looked after Poppy and Posie today. I have never felt so at ease and that our buns were more cared for than they were with Rachelle. The room was laid out perfectly. Rachelle had taken the time to prepare for the girls, knowing there were nervous bunnies, everything was set up on the floor for them ready. She was calm with them, really listened when my daughter was talking about them, answering all the questions and advice we needed for reassurance etc. She gave the girls time to settle in the space and be less stressed. She knew about bunnies as she had them herself which was so reassuring as a new bunny owner (I know it’s been almost a year but still feels so new)! It really was the best experience we’ve ever had with our bunnies and it meant so so much!! Thank you!!!
