After that, they were closed for a while when I tried to book again. Recently, I noticed they are back in business, so I decided to give them another chance and I’m really glad I did! The service this time was excellent, and everything felt much more welcoming and professional. I really hope they continue like this, as we would happily become regular customers.

She’s come back very traumatised hasn’t stopped trembling and limping. She’s also has still very long fur under her feet and had a clump of dirt still near her eyes. Wouldn’t come back

If you don’t collect your dog at the agreed collection time, there'll be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your dog after the collection time stated on the grooming contract.
