Following weekend I call in advance, yay they have space, I explain my dog can be aggressive only with other animals and never to humans, no there not comfortable and decline my booking request. I'll now find a company elsewhere who are competent at advertising services and "comfortable" at doing "thier JOB"!

- IIilovespaceboyMay 27, 20215.0Took my 10 month old puppy Milo for a groom this afternoon. His coat was shaggy especially around his face, he really looked like an old man. This was his second groom and the first wasn't great now that I compare it with what the lovely ladies at the Groom Room in Bretton did. They did a fantastic job. Milo has never looked so good. I was actually shocked when I picked him up. They were also amazingly accommodating. My work meeting ran over and they managed to fit Milo in later in the day which I greatly appreciate. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning. Thank you ladies 😊
- KMKayleigh MeDec 1, 20202.0Had our dog groomed here twice, first time she came back a bit weird looking, but as a very new adoption we assumed it was just us not being used to this new look.second time, she looked a lot better, but once home we noticed blood on her ear where they had nicked her and failed to mention anything to us. The staff are a lot less friendly once they have your business, but we certainly won't be going back.
