  The reception staff are kind, helpful and super understanding and the practice is good for nervous dogs. The vet was professional, kind and knowledgeable. it’s clear he does a lot of research and is deeply passionate about his job. He gave us tons of great advice during our visit.

  I have used Werrington Vets for a few years and although they have gone through changes the vets are always professional and helpful and the reception staff are always lovely. I like the calm atmosphere in there and the not too busy car park into the vets as it is stressful for my cats to go at any time to see the vet and the environment makes it easier for them. Thank you for how you have looked after my cats for the past few years.

  Highly recommend!! We moved area so had to leave our other fabulous vet practice due to location. My anxious dog needed anesthetic treatment yesterday and they were FABULOUS at listening, understanding her anxiety, accomodating her needs working with me to do everything we could to massively reduce her stress going in for the procedure and recovery. It made the world of difference - they genuinely cared and “got it” - attending to her medical, emotional and psychological needs. This also reduced my stress levels too. I am so impressed at their thorough, professional, gentle, kind and collaborative approach. It is such a relief to find a dedicated team (whole team of vets, reception, nurse) I can work WITH and trust. And they never rush appointments - which does mean waiting a bit at times - but I would rather wait knowing the clients before me are being treated well. We also had to take our dog to their allocated emergency vets at the weekend who are also very caring and collaborative. I really cannot thank Werrington Vets enough and feel very grateful to know our beloved dogs are in their outstanding care. Thank you WVS - you are BRILLIANT!!!

  Was highly recommened before they was taken over by a corprate group the new company are only interested in 1 thing they are running the business with university studens who have 0 experience in the veternary area visted the vets many time and never got an actual answer to the point where after several visits my puppy of 10 months was undiagnosed with major stomach issues only to be given treatment for things that wasnt required like ear drops that was nothing to do with why i was there was advised to give him antibiotics with no care or symptoms explained to me due to the over dosing of antibiotics this resulted in his stomach line splitting and causing me to have him put down and would not advise anyone to use this vets ever again as all they want is your money and have no interest in your pets health
