- OMOlivier MoteauSep 15, 20261.0Avoid – Driven by money, not the care of your pet I brought my puppy in for a free Healthy Pet Club consultation because his paw was visibly raw, but the vet brushed it off and pretended nothing was wrong. Unsurprisingly, I had to book and pay for a separate follow-up consultation before they would finally acknowledge the issue and treat it. Afterward, I had to return yet again just to confirm he was fine, only for them to immediately try to sell me on a monthly injection costing £140/month for life. My dog is fine without the extra treatment. The entire operation feels purely money-driven rather than focused on genuine animal care. To make matters worse, trying to leave their Healthy Pet Club has been a complete nightmare, complete with inflated retail charges and relentless demands for future unearned fees. I have since moved my dog’s care to the Queen’s Veterinary School Hospital, where the focus is actually on trustworthy, compassionate care rather than squeezing every penny out of pet owners. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
