Avoid grooming. Good was rude, arrogant, wouldn't let you talk and boss you around. Paid for the works. The groom is rubbish. Dog is still damp wet, No deshed, teeth clean, nails butchered and catch everything. More loose hair now than before. No gland cleering any more either

There is one person that works there who shouldn't! Guy with glasses (Ryan). Came with kids to get the hamster. Finally after 10m we picked one. Kids were very excited. Asked the guy to box him up for us, i was asked if i got everything i need, replied no so he said go ahead and get everything u need and come back for him. I told him i want him boxed up before someone else buys him. I was assured no one will. So we went to find stuff we needed only to come back and seeing that our hamster is being boxed up for another family... I've told him that this is the one we chosen only to hear him reply, "they asked me to box him up/store policy/first come first serve/we dont reserve hamsters"... i couldnt believe what i was hearing?!?!.. i was there first who wanted him to box this hamster but was told to go ahead and choose everything i needed and the hamster will be safe. When later confronted him his excuse was, "i didnt know that this family will be coming to choose this hamster" and he was repeating himself "first come first serve/store policy"! What a lot of crap that was. How can someone even do that?! Its not even about the hamster at this point but about what he did?!?! When i was dealing with manager he was hiding in the shop away from us. Sad i had to give 2 stars bcuz the lady that we dealt with after was really nice and helpful but that guy need some serious training and to learn some manners!! Dissapointing experience and left me fuming after i left.
