Even treating Rico like a king with wonderful food with sedation in side ,disguised. So hard for my daughter as she struggles with mental health issues.Marie gave Rico such kindness and compassion. .Even helped taking Rico to the Van to be taken home and buried.First class service on such a sad occasion.Can’t recommend enough.We live in a rural area and Highcrofts name and the wonderful Marie will be shared around the community.Heartfelt thanks to Marie .You made such an incredible impact on my daughter and myself with a very painful loss.
- JAJo AtrillJun 29, 20265.0Unbelievable out of hours team. Lucy and the team saved our cavachon and her puppies last week when one got stuck with an emergency c section. It was a huge task to save all of them, the team were amazing and we will be forever grateful. Been back since for check up and everyone is equally lovely when not in an emergency situation!
- SES EJun 28, 20265.0We had very uncertain times with our pet bird last night, but the vets and nurses literally oozed of calmness and confidence and our little boy did not have any problem to leave and stay the night :) I could not fault their kindness and helpfullness! Absolutely superstars! I would give more stars if I could :) I would not take Phoenix anywhere else for care!!!
- MWMike WhiteMay 28, 20261.0Terrible practice! I took a pigeon there once and they had at least £1500 out of me in total, an ECG, full spectrum blood tests and X-rays and antibiotics. Then when there was no way to get more money out of me they told me to have the bird euthanised! I saved the bird myself in the end by demanding a drug they said was t for birds, then after I sent a link they gave me it. A very money grabbing they put money before animals!
