Michaela the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and Zara the vet was brilliant with our 2 dogs, one of which didn't want to see her today. She was so good asking questions and answering all of ours, she really put our minds at ease. All in all a successful visit and for me having the healthy pet club, I know my dog is well looked after well by them.
