the vets are nice enough, and so are the people at the desk, the stuff here is extremely overpriced, and their vets charge more than a lot of vets, got quoted £1000 for an x-Ray after my cat broke her toe...i am aware vet bills can be expensive but i found a veterinary clinic across town that did it for £300. and as for the groom room for whatever reason is dogs only, i'm getting kinda sick as a cat owner of pet shops prioritising Dogs and not offering services for cats, i ended up having to go out of town to a private pet groomer to have my cats nails trimmed all because i was told "no we don't do cats just dogs" you're a pet shop with a veterinary clinic and a pet groomers, but the Groomers is only for dogs which is really stupid, i think i'm gonna have to register my cats at another veterinary clinic.

Booked an appt for June which they cancelled and then couldn’t get me another appt until September. Requested my deposit back and I have to go into store to get it refunded?! Such bad service and a poor system, will definitely not be returning.

Visited Pets at Home High Wycombe recently and was really impressed. The store was very well stocked with lots of variety, and they had animals I’ve never seen in other branches before. The kids loved looking around — definitely a great store to visit!
