I come here from pet things as one night today 29th i went in to get a emergency food my dog! And the customer service i received from Zackery was absolutely amazing it brought me back to good old times of good actually customer service! He was caring and helped me get set up the VIP discount pets at home card!
Honestly one of the best employees there and I hope someone says something to gin about this because he truly deserves a pay rise or a gift or something pets at home Aylesbury you have a brilliant employee please please 🙏 reward him for something he is absolutely lovely and caring!
He even made sure that the store was clean and tidy as we joked and talked for a little bit and helped others he is a lovely person and he should be really proud of himself!

Absolutely appalling customer service from Sharon. When asking questions she just abruptly kept radioing to a colleague to come and help us. One worded replies to our friendly questions. There was no one in the queue (felt like she couldn’t be bothered with us) and she told my child off for sitting on a flat pack box we were about to purchase. (I had already asked my child to get off) that doesn’t give anyone else the right to scold my child. She gave her a scary look while she said it (it was scary, the eyes even popped out!!). Her expression was so rude as she looked at us like we were a nuisance.
I did ask if she enjoyed her job which she returned a reply with a VERY red face and a morbid “yeah”. Respectfully it seemed otherwise.
Nevertheless the lady that came to help was lovely, helpful and gave us the advice we needed. Went out of her way to explore different price ranges online.
Won’t be going back in here again due to a certain individuals lack of CS. Very very disrespectful she is a net loss to this store sadly.
